Books into audiobooks. Scripts into speech. Stories into comic shorts.

Books into audiobooks, scripts into speech, long content into summaries. On your own Windows PC, no subscription, no uploads.

The vRamble factory: a sawtooth workshop with lit windows and a smoking chimney; a belt carries a comic short, an audiobook and a voice track out of its door. vRamble works

From a written part to a finished short

Six stages · vRamble Studio

1 · WriteYou write the part scene by scene, or direct Claude to draft it with the vRamble extension for Claude Desktop. Every scene names its cast, its place and its props, so every panel knows what it holds.

Six stones, one panel

The gauntlet, from the Shorts workspace

Every panel is drawn in six steps, and each step is a stone. A stone glows when its step acts and dims when it has nothing to do, with the reason in its readout. A panel can change any step for itself.

The strongest drawers cut the first stone their own way. Pick one and watch it change, as it does in the app.

  1. 1 · Draw. Who draws the picture. Follows the reference pictures most closely, a few minutes a panel: a dark stone with a blood-red core.
  2. 2 · Faces. Each recurring character's own model, after the drawing: only the face, lightly, or the whole person, face, body and outfit, with the room kept.
  3. 3 · Photo finish. A light second pass that gives the picture real texture and light, the layout kept. Strongest on places without people.
  4. 4 · Hands. Each hand found, enlarged and redrawn, only when it needs it: hands the checks cannot read cleanly.
  5. 5 · Checks. People, faces and props are counted and compared with the scene. Problems are flagged on the panel; nothing is redrawn by itself.
  6. 6 · Retouch. After the render, an optional last polish on every panel, on a cloud plan you already have, then the video again.

Inside the window

vRamble's Shorts workspace: the six stones of a short over the New short button, a BookTook series tree with its prologue, and a panel saying pick a short or ask Claude for a three-part series.
The Shorts workspace: the six stones of a short, the series and their parts, and a new short or a plain-language ask to Claude.
vRamble's Activity page: the workshop is busy, two Shorts drawing jobs in progress with Pause safely and Open project, and more waiting below.
Activity: every job in progress or waiting, each with its own little factory; drag the waiting ones to change the order.

vRamble Studio

Comic shorts that stop the scroll.

Studio adds the Shorts workspace to vRamble: a cast with consistent faces, places with real camera angles, per-character voices with delivery styles, captions, sound design and a music bed, and a build that turns a written part into a finished vertical video. Series tools carry a cast across a season; a Claude Desktop extension lets you direct the whole thing in plain language.

Early access is twenty seats. You get the software, a private channel with me, and your name in the credits.

Questions

Before you start

What does it cost?

vRamble is free, and there is no subscription. vRamble Studio, which adds the comic-shorts workspace, is the only paid product.

Does it upload my books?

No. Your books, voices and recordings are processed on your PC and stay there. It goes online only when you ask it to: to download a model, import a link, or send a script to Claude if you choose that option.

Which graphics cards work?

Any recent NVIDIA card with the CUDA build. RTX 50-series cards use the CPU build for now. AMD and Apple are not supported yet.
